I am less than 24 hours aways from becoming a non-teen, but I don't want to talk about that. I have no idea what this thing is about actually. LOL.
I have been updated with the NBA. I have always liked basketball and this year the season may have started a bit late due to the lock out, but enough of that crap. What matters most is that the games are back on and the regular season are done, and it PLAYOFFS time!!! The beauty of not being born in the States is that I can cheer for anyone and everyone. LOL. But his year, I've grown fond of watching the cinderella story of Jeremy Lin. I guess it's safe to say I've caught on the whole Linsanity craze. LOL. He's just so good, insirational, smart (Ehem, Economics grad from Harvard) and so humble too. I hope he keeps it up. Too bad thought, he's been out for a while. Damn, injuries!
But most of all, I AM ROOTING FOR THE OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDERS!!!!! KD! KD! KD!
3-0 so far! OKC! OKC! OKC!
Too crazy. I feel bad though, because the season started so late there so many injuries left and right. I most specially feel bad for Lin. I repeat, I'm a fan. But back to the point. I feel bad because he was half the reason why the Knicks are in the Playoffs and he doesn't even get to play it. Let's just hope that when the season ends, he's not a free agent AGAIN and he starts the next season with the Knicks again.
By the way, he looks pretty dapper the past few games all suited up. Plus, congrats to him too! For being one of the most influential people of Time 100. He has done so much in such a short period of time. Again, he's inspirational. I'd take Linsanity over Timsanity anytime. Also, Lin wrote Tim Tebow's Time 100 Most Influential article. Props to being a complete sportsman and being simply smart.
There are rumors though that he's coming back for the game 4 against the Heat on my birthday. Hihihi. I just felt the need to put that in there. I feel like he shouldn't. As much as the Linsanity craze is dying down now, he shouldn't rush his recovery. Look at what happened to Rose. It's better that he misses this playoffs than not to play the entire next season. So much for a frustrated basketball coach. LOL.
I kinda find the whole Fields-Lin bromace funny. LOL.
But here's to the Playoffs madness!
#THUNDERUP! #RISEUPNYK!
LOL. I am so good at ignoring the fact that I'm turning 20 tomorrow. YES, the big 2-0 and don't tell me it shows, I will punch you. LOL, kidding.
